Helloooooo Dolly!

Hello Dolly also called Magic Cookie Bar has to be one of my favourite desserts.  It's a mix of some of my favourite things like Chocolate, Coconut & Nuts, it's super easy & simple to make, bakes in very little time & is something that the kids can help with too.
The other thing I love about this recipe is it's versatility.  You can change any or all of the ingredients to almost anything else & it will still come out amazing.  Look for variations at the end of the recipe!

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 Cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Can of Condensed Milk
2 Cups of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 1/3 Cups of Shredded Coconut
1 Cup of Chopped Nuts (I use Pecans or Walnuts)

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with Parchment Paper.
Melt your Butter or Margarine & Mix together with the Graham Crumbs.  Press into the bottom of the Prepared Pan.
Pour your can of Condensed Milk evenly over the Crust.
In a bowl mix together your Chocolate Chips, Coconut & Nuts.
Pour this on top of the Condensed Milk & press down firmly.  (The Condensed Milk will seep up through the ingredients.  This is how it sticks together once it's baked)

Bake for about 25 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
Let cool completely & cut into squares.
Store at Room Temperature in a container.

Variations:
Chocolate - You can use Dark Chocolate if you prefer or White.  You can even great creative with Peanut Butter Chips or Butterscotch Chips
Nuts - You can literally use any nut you like.  Peanuts, Walnuts, Pecans, Macadamias, Almonds, anything at all
Condensed Milk - I use regular Condensed Milk but you can use the Dulce du Leche for a more Caramel flavour or the Chocolate Condensed Milk for a "Death by Chocolate" type of Dessert.
You can also use Cookie Crumbs in place of the Coconut or the Nuts for a Nut Free Version.
You can make this with Dried Fruits instead of the Chocolate Chips for a Trail mix type of Bar.
I'd love to hear your variations of this recipe.  Let me know what you use & how it turns out.
